Trials Coaching - AJS Park, Sat 27th May

The sessions will be focused on Obstacle riding for each group, for the appropriate levels.   

The morning session will be Open to Black Plate to T5 (White Plate/Club Class) riders.  We will be looking at; bumping with the front (no lift), acceleration on the clutch, RSG, and Stationary RSG on logs.

The afternoon session will be for T4 (Blue Plate/C Grade) riders Upwards.  We will look at for each rider one of the following; Stationary Ride Technique, Punch and or use of kickers into Splat.  I would really like to cover bridging gaps if time allows or if riders can push over the time frame.

Sessions are both 2hrs long.
