Trials Training Weekend - Brookton July 1st and 2nd

2 Days of full trials training at an absolutely EPIC location in Brookton.

I am really pumped for this one! The first weekend of the school holidays, Saturday July 1st and July 2nd I am running a full weekend of coaching. This is open to all grades.  We will be following my ultra simple training program guide line. 

First up each day we will be looking at technique development, then after that turning to competition simulation, and then having a fun session.  We will be holding you as accountable as possible (timing for upper grades etc), and pushing boundaries as much as we possibly can. 

The Property is really amazing! you will really enjoy it and is adaptable for all grades, as it is easy to get around.

Camping is available Friday and Saturday (please don't arrive before 3pm on the Friday) 

Anyone you bring as a minder/helper is at no cost, and i encourage you to bring them along

Price is $160per rider for the two days.
